Agreement to Terms

By engaging Lungleys Concrete Cutting 2025 Limited ("we", "us", or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services

We provide professional concrete cutting, coring, and removal services in Dunedin and surrounding areas. All services are subject to site inspection and quote acceptance.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Site Access and Preparation

The client is responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the work area
• Ensuring all necessary permits are obtained
• Identifying and marking any underground services or utilities
• Ensuring the work area is free of hazards

Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining safe work practices in compliance with New Zealand health and safety legislation. We reserve the right to refuse or cease work if site conditions are deemed unsafe.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. For larger projects, progress payments may be required. All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our work. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects
• Damage to unmarked underground services
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Consequential losses

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled work. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

Disputes

Any disputes will be governed by New Zealand law. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues before formal dispute resolution.
